Miscellaneous InterestsOne of my favorite activities my whole life has been bowling. I bowl in a league in my town, and my average currently is a 155.Recently, I took up golf. I really enjoy it, partly because of the exercise. It's like walking with a purpose. I'm really bad, but I'm improving and having fun while getting exercise. The only sport I enjoy watching is baseball. Some people complain about the pace, but that's what I really enjoy about it. The exciting parts are even more exciting because they're separated by long stretches of anticipation. You can't say that about football, hockey, or basketball. Living in Seattle, I follow the Seattle Mariners. My favorite player is Kazuhiro Sasaki, the closing pitcher. Like most people my age, I spend more time than I should playing video games. I am Nintendo-loyal, but I also have a late model Playstation. My favorite games are The Legend of Zelda series. My favorite TV shows are The Simpsons, The X-Files, and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. My favorite movies are Dark City, Contact, and 12 Monkeys. Yes, I know I'm a big geek. Now so do you. Congratulations, let's move on. |
